The consumer first sent me a letter saying to send them 45.OO for standard or 49.00 for rush processing for a 5000.00 credit limit platinum card.

So I filled out the paper wrote a 49.00 check and also wrote my new address on the paper, sent it in and 1 week later I received the same letter to my new address.

No card, nothing, but they wanted me to send them
45.00 or 49.00 for processing.
