I have completed the six offers required for the $500 Visa gift card on consumergain.com and 5 out of 6 have been reported as completed. The one offer that hasn't reported as completed was Tassimo which was the most expensive offer.

I have sent numerous emails since it has been past the 5 week reporting period and I still haven't got a response back. I heard that some people tend to get quick response from Consumer Gain but I haven't got any.

I just want someone to answer my email to where the Tassimo offer can get reported as complete so I can get my gift card.

Thanks. I have received those emails and I actually never said that I was getting ripped off or anything. I was just wanting to make sure that I got my gift and my offers reported. Things are going faster as this past week has passed and I feel confident that I will get my gift. Thank you once again.

Hi Neal,

I have personally replied to several of your e-mails. I will be copying and pasting them below. You replied back to me as well. In fact, I just sent you an e-mail about an hour ago in response to your question regarding the Tassimo offer, and I mentioned to you that it will take between 1-2 weeks for them to reply.

We reply to every single one of our e-mails and in a timely manner. We do not answer e-mails on weekends and therefore if someone sends us an e-mail on a Friday, it may take several days to get a response because we will not get to it until Monday at the earliest.

Here is the correspondence between you and I:

Hi Neal,

I did receive your documents in the mail and I forwarded them to the appropriate persons. It usually takes up to 2 weeks to get back to us regarding whether they will be giving you credit as well as on what day you will be receiving it.

Thanks,

Customer Support

Comments: I mailed a copy of my credit card statement a week ago along with an email confirmation from Tassimo and I was wondering if you have received it yet and if so when I shall receive the link to order my gift card.

Hi,

Thank you for your inquiry. If you have any bank or credit card statements that show that you have in fact paid for the offer membership fees or minimum requirement, please forward those to me. I will need them in order to ensure that you receive credit for your offer. You can either scan them and e-mail them to our Customer Support address, (by clicking reply), or you can make a copy and mail them to us at our address below attn: Irene. We will then forward this proof to the advertiser and will check on its status as quickly as possible. (If you will be replying to this e-mail please be sure to click on reply so that we can have all the necessary information and history on your account.)

Thanks,

ConsumerGain Customer Support

Hi,

Please read the following carefully regarding your missing offers:

-If you have ever changed the e-mail address you use as a login id, and have signed up for offers through our site with more than one e-mail
address, the credit for those offers will not post your account. You will need to inform us of all the e-mail addresses you have used in order to have the appropriate credit.
-It can take 3-5 weeks for an advertiser to report a completed offer.
-To receive credit for a credit card offer you must be approved, receive the card, and activate it by either making a purchase or transferring a balance. (It can take 3-5 weeks after the card has been activated for the credit card company to report)
-Most non credit card offers require that you make a purchase (or pay for one month worth of services) after completing the free trial.
-NETFLIX and BARGAIN require that you complete the two week trial and then pay for a month's worth of services. You must be a new member and you have to click on the link from our site to fill out the application. Because of this, it can take up to 35 days to report.

*These offer requirements are set by the advertisers themselves and
Consumergain has no control over them.

If you still believe that you are missing credit and it has been at least 5 weeks since completing the offer, please send us the information below. All of the information is necessary to process your inquiry.

1. Name of the missing offer
2. Date you clicked on the offer from the consumergain site and filled out the application
3. Date your credit card was charged and the amount (or if it is a credit card offer, the date you activated the card)

Please be sure that this email is pasted below your response.

Thanks,

ConsumerGain Customer Support

Comments: I have completed the Tassimo machine over a week ago and it still hasn't shown as complete on my status. Can you tell me how to apply for manual credit on this item when it is time to apply for it?
