I too simply wanted my credit report. I followed their instructions and canceled the "service" if that is what you want to call it, prior to the 30 day deadline. They then charged my account anyway for $79.95. I am disputing the charge through my bank. If I would have known about this company prior to requesting my credit report, I would have not utilized their services. It's easier to go apply for a loan and get a copy for free.
