This company advertises (Get your free credit report instantly) online! Free 30 day trial credit monittoring, however when you sign-up they then tell you they will mail you a secret access code for you to view your report. Does this sound like instantly to you?
I waited over 31 days still no access code, however they say my free 30 day trial is over. So they charged my creditcard $79.00

Have you called the dispute department about that charge?

You are the FIRST one that actually wanted the credit card security monitoring service! Amazing!
These people are crazy. Maybe there is no monitoring service, if they string you along, past the 30 day free trial.
I hope you call the dispute department of your credit card, to have that charge removed. For peace of mind, at this point, you may also want to change your card number. If they have access to you Debit or anything else, change the others too.
You can still get a refund, according to there own Terms of Service aggreement. I suggest you revisit the web site to print that out. You might even want to mail a copy to your credit card department, and keep one for your records.
Call 1-888-888-8553 to collect your refund. So far they have been refunding consumers. We haven't heard back from the crowd of consumers, whom have requested information at the Rip Off Report. You can do this while your credit card disputes the charge, just to keep them on their toes.
Hope you get your refund.
