Consumerinfo.com ripoff Internet

I joined this company a few months ago thinking it was a ligitimate company...The company explained to me that i would have access to my credit reports at anytime, and scores...

I was double if not triple charge..another words i was ripped off. Not only that I'm concerned about my personal information...I called yesterday to canel my membership..the company refused to send me a confirmation of cancellation email...They said they could not communitcate outbound...I then asked how i could get a refund, they said i wouldnt...I'm completely exhausted on how to get my money back, also very worried about my personal information..I wish i would have done futher investigation on the internet...I'm suprised that Experian is dealing with this company...Now they have all of my credit card info, and all personal information....what should i do...I would be willing to talk with an attorney...This was wrong...I was the innocent party in this ...They should not be able to get away with this...I consider this fraud...I want to report it to anyone I can...Maybe i can get a refund, and find out what to do about them having my personal information...

what if i wouldnt have caught this for about six months..They could ruin someone...
I'm concerned about whom my information falls into....what if i was an older person who did not catch them...How many ppl have they done this too....I'm wondering if i can file a formal complaint with someone...so i can put a permanent fraud alert on my credit report....
