was sent a check in the amount of $3.820 was told i had won a lottery and this was a portion of my winnings and i would be recieveing a total of $38.000 to be deposited into my account. Was told to call this number 1/905/598/4289 and speak to either Ray Sell or Hena Jackson as soon as i recived the notifaction. And they would assist in finalizing my claim. Was told i was a lottery winner among other North American winners. I was also told i was giving this $ 3,820 to pay a luxury tax And was told for security reasons to keep this notice and award from public notice until my claim had been finalized this would help prevent with double claims and fraud.

Well I followed the letter called the number only to find that your unable to leave any message that the mail box is full. You get no other options the call just ends. I tried 4 more times during the normal hours they claimed to be open. Still same results. Opon recieving this check i was like wow i could use this money. Being stapped for money this would of gotten me out of a whole. And helped a great deal .Since i am disabled and live on a limted income. But a red flag quicky went up. First off i never entered into any such lottery, And if i had won than why would they send me the amout of $3.820 for the luxury tax? Why deduct it and send me a registered letter telling me of my win? The check looks legit but somethings amiss. Since your not able to contact anyone am assumeing there peing were stupid enough to deposit this check into our bank accounts. once there they have access to our account and take our money. I know with the high price of gas and everything else its a good time for scammers to take advangage of the ones in need. It needs to be stopped I was thinking wow my problums are sloved. Some will cash this check. And they will think there ahead of the game. Only to find out that there either going to have to repay it back or worse. Lets put a end to these leaches praying on the elderly and the disabled and the good people of our usa. Every one works hard for they money and to surrive in this crazy wold of ours. We surely do not need scammers making money at our exspense. Lets take them down.for good I want to report this further want them to be proscuted to the fullist extent of the law. This letter was signed by Lisa Epainto Claimed to be Vice President Also the check was issued by a bank Elsa State Bank & Trust in Elsa TX what ever you do you recieve this check Do not cash it. REPORT IT IT A FAKE
