continental academy Got ripped off totally by continental academy years later. miami lakes Florida

Hello

  My name is Tyron W. Im writing this report in response to my recent order to Continental Academy

to recieve a duplicate High School Diploma. I graduated from the school back in September of 2000

I participated in their Fast Track Program which I pay the tuition then I recieve all the coarsework. I sucessfully

completed all my coursework and test and also paid off in full all the tuition cost. Since then I've never had any

issues with the school, I used the diploma to attend and graduate college, I also was able to get into the military

with it. I put in for one duplicate request which they sent me because during my service i moved around a lot 

which caused some of my belongings  to get misplaced. I just recently got out of Active Duty Army back in

march and was planning on attending a trade school which they require me to show proof of high school

education. So I go to the Continental Academy website, download and print the request form, filled it out along

with the $10.00 fee, which I paid $20.00 because one transcript goes to the school and the other one for

my personal records. So I mail everything off they said it takes about 2 weeks max. So I waited paitiently

untill about 3 weeks to a month for them to respond. I then called them and the academic records clerk tells

me they have recieved my request, but they cannot send me a diploma because im listed as a nongraduate

she tells me that they never recieved my coursework. and I still had a outstanding balance. I was SHOCKED!

I felt disappointed, cheated out of my hard earned money. I planned on using my Post 911 GI BILL that I have

earned by putting my life on the line in both Iraq and Afghanistan. I really feel they need to fix whatever

issue their having people arent getting cheated out of their money. Thanks.
