Just want to let everyone know what a scam this company runs. They will take the monthly payments out of your checking account. Charge you for that service, then hold the funds for 8 days. I have written them and told them to close my acccount and my account remains open while they charge these participation fees etc. I was ONE DAY LATE for a monthly payment and they called my work 12 times in three days. I just paid my balance in full and still cannot shake these people. Does anyone know how to get them to close my account?
