Continental Siding Supply Dissatisfied customer Columbia Missouri

 In 2008, we installed siding and windows from Continental Siding in our home.  A very expensive project.  As time went by we noticed when the wind and rain were coming from the east,  we experienced water getting in basement.  After searching we determined it came from bedroom  window above.

In 2014, we called Continental and they sent a service rep and he determined after removing siding and thoroughly inspecting that there was a flaw in window.  He called the Continental Office and informed them of problem.  When he left he assured us problem would be fixed.  

After countless phone calls and trips to their showroom, we have have been given every excuse imaginable and we are now at the point where they will not return our voicemail.  We have even offered to pay labor to get it done before it causes more damage.  We have been waiting a year now for resolution to this matter.
