Like most people, i was simply wanting some quotes for extended coverage for the used truck i just bought. After i filled out the info on the website , i started revieving calls from the number i listed. I'm a truck driver and i don't like talking on my cell while i'm driving, so i had to keep hitting "ignore" I mean , they called over 12 times in one day on my phone ! I finally anwared one call and told the man i was working and if he would simply email me the quote. I was told that they don't do that, which i found odd since they asked for my email address online.

Finally , this morning i recieved another call from them but a different person. I listened to her for about a half hour and was also told that she needed my VIN off my truck which i didn't feel comfortable giving her , so i didn't. As she was firing off all the details of the coverage , it immediately sounded like the typical script reading bs. It was so unprofessional that i could even hear others in the office talking to other callers! Also, as she was talking to me, she shouted to another girl in the office to ask her a question (how rude). Then she proceeded to tell me that the price of the warranty had just "suddenly" gone up $200.00. She must have said "IF we get your business TODAY" at least 12 times.

When it came time to get to the nitty gritty , i told her i was shopping around and that i would not be making a decision for about a week and that i would be discussing the financial apects with my wife. At that time she then asked if i had another line that i could call my wife on to ask her even tho i told her that she was at WORK. Then of course she had the guts to ask me for my credit card info so that she could put down a deposit because if i didn't buy "TODAY" i would not recieve the same low price.

At that time i then proceeded to tell her that my father is a business owner and that is not the way to conduct business and hung up on her. So far , i haven't recieved another call from them. I really do wish i had also seen this website first , but i'm just glad i didn't go with the company.
