continential van line AKA able moving and midwest moving dishonest, price not the same as ordered in begining, over charged,continental vans had able moving from chicago move me they said going to florida than to north carolina, instead it sat 3 weeks in w chicago, Illinois

continental  van lines made estimate 4,453.32

deposit of 1500.00 

another when mover came  of 1476.65

and another when move was completed of 1476.65 

movers had husband sign paper inventory list and then after that they said it would go to illinois and then to florida first for another load, then would come to north carolina.did not go to florida went to illonis  and sat in warehouse for 3 weeks first delivery was 13 to 17 of dec.

lady calls and said that 20- 23  i asked about  13 to 17 she said that was not comfirmed, and that i would owe 5057.65

at this time did not know about able moving, until she said i would need 5057.65

 called continental van lines and asked why is price different they said husband sign paper that made able moving the company and we were out 1500.00

midwest moving came  and they would not take cashiers check for 5057.65 said i need postal money order that cashiers checks are no good.

banks are closed in north carolina in small towns, had to drive into fayetteville from stedman to find my bank to cash check they would not cash that amount at the drive thru

said i could deposit it back into account go to post office and they would let me get a postal money order for 5057.65  explain situation at bank, and they said funds were there try again,

post office did it 2 times each one came back  no 

back to bank in line again at drive thru explained why i needed to get cash so furniture did not end up in storage this took 2 hours to drive there and back home, all because they would not take cashiers check that was made out to able moving, driver said he was midwest moving and would not accept did not know i had three companys moving me. this was the worst experience and i would never do this again.
