continuity/subsciption merchants fiorvano jewels offered free merchandise after answering questions. paid for mailing-then charged on credit card, glendale, California

while on the internet, a screen pops up and says that " you have been selected to answer these questions and you will receive a gift". After answering the questions, I am offered a free gift and just pay the mailing. After receivung the gifts, my credit card alerted me that I have been charged 95.00 and 98.00 so far.
