I could not agree more with the other poster on this company so I choose the same headline. Placed order on 8/19/07 and received order on 8/27/07. They shipped one wrong light and one broken one. I filed the report immediately on line (on 8/27/07) which they require you to do for any type of problem. They will not accept phone calls for any problems (this should be a give away). I had to call them after 10 days to get a response.

I emailed them several times with pictures attached hoping for resolution. I called 5 different times and get the same answer from Denise (who is real nice but after 5 phone calls and emails sent I get the same answer of "I am not sure why it was not taken care of but I will check into it and get back with you.

This company has great product (as far as the all copper lights), BUT!!, If you want a nightmare go ahead and order from them.

The wrong light has not been replaced. The worst part is the one I ordered was $35.99 and the one that was shipped was $19.99. I am still waiting for them to ship the correct one as of 10/4/07.

I have the same thing for the one with a broken glass. Same coined response over and over. I am not even sure if the problem is with Denise or the owner and their business ethics. It clearly is the shame that, they have a great product, but choose to ignore any problems with their shipping department.

In closing all I can say is do not trust them to correct any problem with your lights after you place the order. As far as they are concerned, to bad for you we sent the wrong light and if it is broken fix it your self or JUST TO BAD!

I am in the process with reporting the problem to my credit card company.
