3/1/08 Lease Finance Group starting taking $65.80 a month from my checking account without my consent. I finally just received a copy of the lease. It is the first time I have seen it, I did not fill it out, I did not sign it. My name is forged and it is obvious to my bank (I closed my account) and the sherriffs office where I filed a police report. I contacted LFG 20+ times trying to find out who they were, how they were taking money out. Getting no were until I changed my opening phone statement to them and finally got them to fax and mail the forged contract. LFG claims they got the "contract" from Direct Payment Systems. Direct Payment Systems claims the got the "contract" from Abacus Payment Systems. I do not know who the real crook it here. But I closed my checking and Watch your bank accounts like a hawk!! Caution..

My small business here in Eugene is:Contractors Blind & Drape. When I filed my complaint against Lease Finance Group (LFG), I wrongly entered my name. LFG has been calling my home & business daily since I closed my checking account to keep them from stealing from me.
I am a victim of identity theft and my ID was stolen to apply for credit fraudentently and LFG does not care cause their name is on the fraudulent Non cancelable contract. They just want to extort money from me by threatening to ruin my credit. I will not allow them to steal from me.
Enter *57 to record 3 calls. Once have 3, file complaint with FBI and Oregon Dept of Justice inform them that you have successful traces. Next step: at dial tone right after LFG calls: enter *77. This will block them from being able to call. You may need to do this twice. I have only had 2 calls from them this week!! Hurray! Make sure you send all mail certified, receipt requested. Hang on to all documents. Send cert. letters to credit reporting agencies, see website for information on how to handle ID theft. I will join a Class Action suit. Though if they try to mess with my credit I have an attorney already on stand by as I will not allow my 800 credit score to be tarnished by theives. LFG is a huge criminal cell. Caution to all.
