.the company named centurylink has turned me into convergent outscouring inc in michigan after i have been them monthly payment. right after i have closed the account. 2 months later they sent me bills for months i haven't been using and i called them on their phone and told them iam not customer anymore. they said you still owe 2 months and some from before that makes it 275usd total. i paid them monthly payments and lately they turned me into collection and since then i have been bugged by that company calling me everynow and then reminding me of  how much is left. iam sick of that company named CENTURYLINK. they are scammers liars ripoffs and jerks ,they only add up things and fees that never existed. i recommend people to be aware of this company .lately i read an article that centurylink and convergent are 2 in one that means centurylink owns that collection agency.my advise for everyone do not fall to this piece of crap scamming company
