Turn over with staff is extremely high due to the current employess that already work there. Rhonda being one of these is the worst and encourages gossip and drama. The men that work their are all ok except for two but you hardly have todeal with them. the custmer service manager will lie about new employees and try and get them in trouble then turn around and try to be nice :) no one has the balls to tell the manager that the way this place is ran is Horrible! hostile work enviorment. The customer service manager has talked about each and every employee there in a negative way. How is respect supposed to be given when the person whos supposed to be in charge cant even respect new and exsisting employees

Actually Sara, (jane do) the fact that you came back from your breaks drunk, or at the VERY least, half drunk. ALL the guys that went on "breaks" with you - told management about how many shots you did on your breaks, lol. Nobody "picked" on you. You were called out NUMEROUS times for coming to work drunk, or coming back from your breaks drunk, and screwing up transactions at the registers. Customers and staff both complained about it. So don't try and put the blame on others when it was your OWN doing.
