The online casino Cool Cat Casino refuses to pay me my $ 230.00 dollars and they keep giving me a bunch of excuses.

I received and PRC which is and players reward card loaded with $ 100.00 dollars so when I won the $ 230.00 dollars I decided to cash out and the online casino CoolCat keep sending me emails to go and sign in so they can credit me back what I had loaded on my card to replay.

I keep telling them I don't want to play anymore I won't my winnings I won fair and square but they keep sending me emails to go back into the game and play I refuse because I was told the minute you do that they will wipe all your money quick. To just take my winnings and run with it. So I choose that option and now they hesitant on paying me very hesitant
