Coolers By Design No order....fake tracking info. Apalachicola Florida

My husband ordered a christmas gift from cooler dy design in early december. He was sent a tracking number after just two weeks of ordering. The gifts we suppose to arrive by 24th. However, no items were ever recieved and the tracking number has not been updated since the "electronic scan." We have both tried several times to contact the owners and had no luck. The owners reported a post to facebook where I asked on the status of my ordered and inquired about the tracking number. Several people post the same comments and also reported shortly after. Therefore, all feedback (minus what appears to be fake) is deteled and we are unable to comment. Also, after doing some research I found that the business at one point had an etsy page, but that site is no longer working. etsy.com/missprissspeaks I've tried to look for a BBB or something to contact about the matter but have no luck because the business is not in any systems.
