COPART AND ING/EASY EXPORT ARE THE WORST COMPANIES ALLOWED TO OPERATE!

I purchased a 2003 Audi A4 on the 19th of August from CoPart, through the Brokerage company ING. On the 20th I purchased a 2003 Cadillac CTS from CoPart, through the Brokerage company ING.  I paid for shipping thru ING and they coordinated shipping with their vendor to ship both vehicles. The Audi was shipped on the 22nd and I received a call at 2 P.M. from Marcie 305-321-4024 to let me know that they picked up the car around 12:30 p.m. and  it was in transit. She stated the tire was flat and a wire was hanging out from the bottom of the car. The Audi arrived at 5:45 p.m. on the 22nd and  it was missing the transmission, the window was taped up and the vehicle had about 3 inches of water in the interior. After further inspection the interior electronics were all unfuctioning. The motor was tied-up with rope so that it would not fall out of the vehicle.  (the car was bought with minor dents and scratches from CoPart, and CoPart stated  that the vehicle was not in the condition as explained when it left the lot andThey claim that the vehicle had the transmission in it when it left their lot,)

I immediately contacted Copart and ING concerning the matter via email, I also explained for them to not receive the 2003 Cadillac CTS for shipment from Copart via email and on a phone call the morning of the 25th. On Monday the 25th I received a call from Marcie 305-321-4024, stating that  they had the Cadillac and it did not start or run and I explained that I did not want the m to pick it up nor receive it! ( the auction stated that the car runs and drives!) I immediately spoke with Kevin at CoPart South and explained to him the situation and that it did not run. He stated that the vehicle was in running and driving condition when it left their lot. Currently the vehicle is still with the transport company at the phone number of 305-321-4024 – Maria.  I have not received any communication concerning this vehicle.

I have spent over 7 thousand dollars and they delvered a car that did not have a transmission and another car has not been delvered. Both do not OPERATE!BOTH SOLD AS RUNNING AND DRIVING WITH MINOR SCRATCHES.

DO NOT EVER USE THESE COMPANIES. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THE SCUM OF THE EARTH. !
