I was very happy with their staff and service until a few months ago. I must have been on hold 10-15 mins before I was able to make an appt. since I had been overcharged. I met the Older gentleman at the coffee shop and he totally forgot the invoice he said he would bring. Then the sales pitch started. I had to leave and didn't even receive a call back from them.
