I placed an order from copierscopiers.com for a drum for a Brother multi-function machine on April 9, 2013. The website only accepted PayPal.
On April 9, 2013, I received a confirmation from copierscopiers.com.
On May 1, 2013, after having heard nothing regarding my order, I called the customer service department. Cliff requested that I send him the original order, so I wrote to the customer service department. The contents of the note:

On June 3, 2013, I contacted the company again and spoke with Craig. He said he would look into this and get back with me. He contacted me arounr 4:00 and told me that the drum I was seeking was still on backorder and that I should cancel the order. I told him I wanted a PayPal refund and he said he did not know how to do that, but that he would figure it out.
On June 4, 2013, I went to the PayPal website to learn how to request a refund. I emailed the address on the order (orders@copiers.copiers.com). The Mailer-Daemon returned the email as undeliverable. So I sent the request to sales@copierscopiers.com. I have yet to hear anything.
I order a lot of things online and have never had this kind of trouble. And interestingly enough, there is no place to review this company or site, so here I am.
