Coral Resorts Hilton Head Island/Jake Riley Heartless Scam artist,that misrepresent the Island....business practices are tasteless!! Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

Jake Riley pitched Coral Resorts against our GrandView Las Vegas Time Share. We decided that we would trade in our resort in Vegas for 10,400.00 and we would have a balance less than 2000.00 on the new property. Mr. Riley suggested out of concern that we do not use the check being mailed for the 10,400.00 for anything else but to pay off the Coral Resort balance b/c of a high interest rate. After many unanswered calls to Coral Resorts (Ms. Swisher) and others,I finally discovered that Coral Resorts lied! They never mailed or intended to mail a check to us for our Vegas resort because they NEVER purchased it. They only posted it for advertising for the 10,400.00. So we are now stuck with the maintenance fees of 2 properties(Coral Resorts also higher than we were told), as well as starting over with paying for a new property b/c our Grand View is paid in full. I do not know how Mr. Riley can sleep at night or be an example to his children that he talked about(that is if he really has any)! How can Hilton Head allow this to be going on? Are there not stiff regulations/penalties?
