OK. I'm curious - Exactly WHAT were you doing for the past 3 years ?  If it was, indeed, nothing productive, I wouldn't hire you, either.

I doubt it was put to you like that.  No Recruiter or company is Stupid enough to say that.  They would tell you exactly what the USDOT requires of them to hire a Driver.

Good luck with that. there is no law against being denied for a job, because you can't Verify your employment history.  Especially in the Trucking Industry, which is Federally Regulated.
