Core Skin Care Offered me free trial cream and in 2 weeks charged me $89 Nevada Internet

I was reading E news regarding Brad Pit and Angelina Jolie's divorce. Toward the bottem of the articel it said Angelina is offering limited number of  her beauty products for the reader of the website; all you have to do it pay for the shipping and handleing. Hurry while suppy last. 

I click on the link and a pop up window opened for my credit card information and my shipping address. There was nowhere any mention about the terms and condition. After I placed an order, I got another offer for an eyecream for the same amoutn. I paid for shipping and handling again. and in a few days I recieved skin cream and the eye cream. Once again I say that I did not purchase that thourgh a website. It was just a pop up window. After 2 weeks, I notice my credit card is charged to 89 and 85 dollars. When I called them, they said you were supposed to cancel your trial within 14 days and it is mentioned on our website. i offered to send back the new- unopened products back and they refused it. I called several times and each time they hung up on me when I asked for refund. 

at this point I filed a fraud claim with my bank and hope I can get my money back.
