 In January I received a pop up on my FB page. It stated free trial for core skin care. I signed up and was looking for any hint of a contract. On Jan 28 and Jan 30 I received a confirmation for my two shipments. There was absolutely nothing saying I was going to be signing up for auto ship or that I had 14 days to respond. So I went ahead and gave my information. Suddenly I noticed 2 charges on my credit card for 85.97 each. From February 13 2017. There was no notification that my card was charged the above charges till I got my statement. Then in Monday march 13, 2017 I got a 2 separate notices about an order being placed for 91.94. I call ed and they cancelled on march 13th. However they already ship another one out. I said I'd send it back. When I get it. But either way they would only refund me 30% on each one. But the charges for the other trial one would still be the same. I think this should be looked into. My credit card company any took their word against mine that I signed a contract so I can't do anything about it. Please help. I do hope others will be aware that if you get a deceptively advertised trial whether they state it or not . Do not order. It's a scam!
