I have worked with Core on some projects and found them to be First Class. I agree that nobody should be aloud to post  things with out somebody checking  the facts. That's what the Better Business Bureau is for. 

First, I never put Core Solutions under "criminals wanted." It appears to be the default category for the original complaint.

Second, I would like to add that no one from Core Solutions, answered my very simplequestions until it seems that this rip off report started having an adverse affect on their ability for Core Solutions to sell themselves.

In their defense, Terry Judge, President & CEO of Core Solutions did call me toask if I would take down the original complaint. Heevenwaterdropped the "lawyer" card if I chose not to cooperate.

I told Terry that I only stated the truth about my experience and that I would be happy tohelp if I could review third party validation that the company existed as they said it did.Again, Ididn't hearback.

Originally,I was not able to verify Core Solutionsaddress shown on the website,orthat Core Solutions was a registered business (in Michigan or anywhere else), or that that Core Solutions was amember of the Green Building Council as they stated on their website.

Core Solutions might think ithas rectified the image problem by vaildating who they are through legitimate third party sources, however, when you click through the link supplied by Kendra to do just this, you will see that their business is registered to a residents (actually Terry Judges' personal address)and not the business complex address they use on their website. I am not sure why but it seems if you have been a valid LLC, you would use your valid business address.

Next, the second link Kendra supplied to validate their Green Building Council membership is inactive. Therefore, as I previously stated, I still cannot validate their membership.

I was asking simple basic valid questions and thought if I couldn't get answers, I should share my experience in the hopes that anyone else looking at their opportunity would be forewarned and do their homework.

I agree with whatyour company is doing. But It is suspicious to ask for money for a job, as all the thousands of job postings asking for money, but never providing information, until you pay them a fee. Your's is one of the only that I have seen that will reimburse the initial fee. I have been a victim with other companies doing the same thing. Only to keep getting call's from a call center asking for money, but still no information being provided to me. It is very harrassing.

Although, believing in your business makes aowner defensive. The right solution would be for you to state that you would provide this person with the information requested, and apologize for any possible misunderstanding (if it was even attempted by the person making the complaint). You did say in your reply that any information can and will be provided. I have to believe you, but you might have to understand that this may have happened to the person. With customer and employee service, you have to make the option for correction, if a mistake was even made by your company. I'm not saying to admit guilt, but at least offer a solution to the person making the complaint.

I wish you good luck with your business. Just thought I would point out to you of what I noticed in this thread. This person could be a competitor trying to make you look bad or maybe not. This is the problem with sites like this one. Again, I read about your busines, and think the idea is excellent!

I contacted the Green Building Council myself to inquire why our name does not appear when searched on their website. They indicated that you must search for our name specifically as it appears within their database (CSG) and even then not all companies will appear depending on the individual company renewal date and when the renewal fee was processed. These links are provided to any and all interested parties along with a brochure detailing our organization what we do and how we do it.

We are not happy that someone felt they did not receive the information or treatment that they deserve with our organization. However, we are in no way attempting to mislead or misrepresent who we are or what we do. All individuals interested in our organization are encouraged to research us, contact current or previous
Partners and ask any questions they wish.

I personally find it ridiculous that anyone without cause can post something as outlandish as listing our organization under "Wanted Criminals" This is a far stretch indeed.
