Coronada Inn And Suites Ripoff filthy hotel with horribly rude staff! St. George Utah

I recently had the displeasure of staying at the Coronada Inn and suites. And this place was awful!! We got there and right away I noticed how unclean this place was! After walking around for five minutes my white sock were black! It looked as though the bathroom had not been cleaned!

Im not one to complain, so I was just letting it slide. The next day when we went to pool and it was no better! The pool was moldy and the water was very cloudy. Also it was advertised as a heated pool, and it was far from being heated! And the hot tub was no better it was about 2 degrees warmer then the pool. When I said something to the front desk manager all he said was they were working on it.

Also the only cleaning the maids did was wiping off the floor and making the beds. The sheets were never changed, and the bathroom was never cleaned! At one point I got out of the shower and the towel reeked of cigarette smoke! The next day when my boyfriend went to use a towel all the clean ones the maids gave us were filthy dirty!

When I went to the front desk to complain the man at the desk was so rude I couldnt believe it! I asked for the managers phone number and I called him and the manager Sam came down. At this point I was so upset I was asking for a refund, and Sam brought his 12 year old son with him and his son was actually trying to negotiate with me! I couldnt believe it.

Their defense for having a dirty room was that I should have asked the maids to deep clean my room! I explained to them that I should not have to tell their maids to clean my room, it should be expected!! Anyways the way I was treated was unbelievable! I recommend that nobody ever stays there!
