Corpcom Do not provide this company with any credit card information Toronto Ontario

I agreed to purchase an ad on some folders that this company was producing for a local realtor.  The Corpcom sales representative informed me that they did not accept checks but only credit cards.  This should have been a red flag.  

Stupidly, I signed the agreement he presented to me without reading it through, and gave him my credit card number.  Big mistake.  One year later I see a charge on my card from Corpcom for $287.  

I called the company and they inform me that I had agreed to some kind of web site service and that I would have had to send them notice of cancellation in writing for the card to not be charged.  I disputed this with my card company but Corpcom sent them the signed contract.  I dropped the dispute, but shame on me for not reading the fine print.  The salesman said Absolutely Nothing about any future charges.

I have seen many other reports about this company on the internet.  It's a shame that companies like this can operate based on deception.  Do not share your credit card information with them.  I learned my lesson the hard way.
