I would like to recant part of my report before. I previously stated that my down payment wasn't applied but it was. I couldn't figure out why my principle amount due wasn't going down even though I was making more than my car payment every time I went in. Got them to print me a payment history which showed how much interest they were taking from each payment, then it made sense. You would think that anything over your regular payment would go straight to principle but according to the owner that's not how the system is set up.That being said the rest of my report was true. If you don't believe me check out the BBB website which gave them an F, Kudzu.com, superpages, angieslist, yahoo. All of them say the same thing! Countless pissed off customers that didn't appreciate the way you do business. Actually Charles the only good review I could find on you was written by a Charles T. haha go figure! But like I said before this is an awful place to get a vehicle! Lets compare it to a venus fly trap...Since my last report I have been contacted by Mr. Turner himself and told point blank that if I did not remove my review about him he would quote "Take me to court and spend 20,000$ to make his f*****g point." And that I have 10 days to pay my loan off or he is going to come take my car away from me...even though I am ahead on my payments. Since then I have spoken with him and payed him what he told me to pay him in order for my bank loan to go through. But he told me he wasn't going to send a payoff until I recanted my previous statement, so here you go Charles. Nothing about this report is untrue. And there are lots of other websites I can review you on if you would like to call and threaten me again!

If you read many of the other reports here, you'll find a very common thread and its something you did also.  However, I am confident you can now step up and away from these other dummies and NOT make the same mistake again.  You didn't need to have the bank rep review your paperwork.  They presented you with a contract which contained ALL the terms of the deal. 

It is up to you the buyer to READ the contract BEFORE you sign it.  NO EXCEPTIONS!  If the terms of the deal don't agree with you, then you don't sign the contract.  Also, you would have signed a disclosure form which states the car either comes with a warranty or you are buying it "AS IS".  When you buy it "AS IS", then you are buying the car with the problems it has and ANY repairs are on YOU.
