we deal with worldwide suppliers , they had a block of rooms at this hotel , so the hotel doesn`t owe this block of rooms anymore it belongs to the wholesale office which belongs to the supplier ! 

So please when you try to file a report make sure you`re writing the correct information. 

you`re offering a higher rate to your exhibitors , so your exhibitors use companies like us to save money and of course you guys lose money that`s why you`re mad lol ! 

Make sure you`re providing the correct information and say the whole thing ! 

The hotel could be sold-out through the hotel`s website but still available through booking.com or Expedia ! because they already have block of rooms and the hotel doesn`t owe it anymore !!
