He called on a for rent ad we have on Craigslist. He said he was interested in renting our space. Great. We are a property management company so I told him that he needs to apply and that we will do a credit check. He wanted to pay with a personal check for the deposit. I told him that it needs to be a cashier's check and he said that he can't get it today and will have to get it on Monday. Ok, that's fine and dandy.
But afterwards, I checked out his story and I found an ad on craigslist that says:

email to a friendSo he is trying to get out of a lease elsewhere and trying to escape to a new town. I can't believe he is actually using his real name with all these reports on him out there. Anyhow, he came back with some story about bankruptcy not being discharged and having credit issues. I told him that we were not interested in renting to him. Glad that this website is around to warn people about people like him.

From little minds and little worlds comes the likes of... YOU! I work for Kevin as one of his many technicians. Kevin has an office in Laguna Hills of 1100 square feet yeah the second office of 2000 square feet in Phoenix. he employs close to 30 people. g All he was tryinto do was lease out a small office within his office suite and expand into the San Diego area. your so dumb you cost yourself some money that's all that happened here. from what I hear your so called property management company is a scam that just takes deposits and never delivers any property. After we refused to rent to this person, a mysterious ripoff report alleging false claims that we took someone's security deposit surfaced on this website. It is completely false but apparently, Ripoff Report will not delete even false allegations.
