Corporate Data Systems Overcharged, wrong items shipped and misleading. Woodland Hills California

One day in March, 2007, I received a call from Corporate Data Systems in regards to the toner for our Canon Imageclass 2200. I was new to the company and when CDS said that we were probably running low on ink and we should order more, I didn't think twice about it or how much it cost. I figured the person who had my job before me must have ordered from them.

In the beginning of April we received a box of toner and an invoice for $454.74. Again, I didn't think anything of it.

I didn't hear from CDS until the beginning of June and they said we were probably running low and they were going to send over another cartridge. I received the toner along with an invoice for 4 cartridges, even though we had only discussed purchasing one. I made a call over to CDS and they said they would write up a new invoice for the toner they sent us and when the rest of the toner shipped they would invoice us for that.

Last week our canon ran out of toner. When I went to put the cartridge in that I received in June in, it didn't fit. I was talking about CDS with my co-worker that used to have my job. She said that she had never heard of CDS and she always ordered the ink online from staples. When I told her how much we were paying she couldn't believe it. I did some surfing on the internet and found out that the toner we use goes for around $140 but CDS is charging us $454.74!

I then tried to find CDS website but was unsuccessful when I searched their name. I tried searching 'CDS, toner' and that's when I came across this website and realized I wasn't the only person this "company" had tricked into purchasing OVER PRICED toner.

I was/am shocked and furious! I was lied to and mislead. I will never order anything from CDS again and I hope if anybody else does they think twice about it.
