Corporate Records Service Fraud, Scam, Misrepresent, Salem, Oregon

Corporate records Services, potrayed themselves as an official state agency starting from the apperance of their envelopes which looks similar to an official state envelope.

When you 1st read what is in their document there is a PLEASE REPOND BY date & then followed by several Oregon revised statute laws. The form looks like a state issued document.

When reading this document they bury their name in said document, you have to read it very carefully

They also charge you $125.00 to file with them what is already in your records as well as the states.

There address is also a Salem Oregon address, which is also our state capitals address,

Their timing on this scam is also just after NEW UNFARE taxes & fees on corporations took effect.

Lesson learned here - we fell for it - we are now trying to recover our money back
