Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
after 9 'treatments' the owner Barbara Kennedy told me we were spinning our wheels, that her machine isn't known for spider veins, that she has some new software that will help. I then asked for a refund since the 'treatments' thus far were given with the wrong software. She refused and kept my money. If you prepay for a new roof and the roofers climb up there and in the end there's no new roof, you'll want your money back. I went to her, I trusted her, she said she had the right equipment and could do the job, she took my money and I'd like it back!

Deception by Correct Skin Care Center

The District Attorney's office called me to testify against Barbara Kennedy of Correct Skin Care Center in Loveland, Colorado. I spoke with them and theur main concern is that she claims to have a Medical Director, but her clients don't have access to him.

Barbara Kennedy of loveland, Colorado changed her company name to Correct Skin Care Center and Correct Skin Care Institute but she hasn't changed her equipment or anything else, just the name.

Since filing a report with you I have found out that Barbara Kennedy, owner of Correct Skin Care, has changed the name of her company. The new name is Correct Skin Care Institute and also Correct Skin Care Center. Her website was also changed from Correctskincare.com to Correctskincareinstitue.com.

I have dealt with Barbara Kennedy for practically 7 years now. I have had interactions with other skin care professionals. Barbara has always been fair and generous in her treatments. Any laser treatment is risky.
I spent $900 for laser hair removal in Denver. "Permanent" laser hair removal. After nearly a year of treatment.. I was asked if I wanted to purchase a "maintenance package". They all mis-advertise their products.
Correct Skin care is a small company, and does not deserve this slander.
