i live in alabama, My son was recently locked up in miami, florida i paid $100. for an open line for him to call home, he called four times, and was charged $5. for the first minute and .89 cents for the following minutes he talked for 5 min. each time.

The next day his calls was blocked.I had to pay an additional $70. to clear the line for him to call again.was told that i still had a credit of $20 or more but when i added the $70. i was charged an extra $8. to add the money but did not get credit for the $20. or more that was still on my call list.

What can a person do when cbs knows this is the only way for your love ones to call home they are ripping people off big time.

Isn't it something the family of love ones who are locked up can do?

I checked the better business buruea and they have an unsatisfactory report on this company.
