ACE WIGS WILL NOT RETURN EMAILS, BUT THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THAT kIM GUY , AT ACE WIGS IS JUST A CROOK. HE WILL FIND SOME WAY OR ANOTHER TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF A REFUND EVEN IF HE HAS TO MAKE ONE UP. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND JUST WANTED TO WARN OTHERS AS WELL.

Customer Failed to Read Policies Before Ordering

Our policies clearly state in large, bold red lettering that we do not offer refunds, but we do allow one exchange per purchase. We DO reply to our emails when sufficient information is provided by the customer for us to do so. Unfortunately, this customer did not read our policies beforehand, and has decided to file an unfavorable report against us.

We are an honest company and have been in business since 1996. We have literally tens of thousands of happy customers. It's a shame there aren't any sites for happy, satisfied customers like there are for customers who fail to read the policies and then turn around and file unwarranted complaints, as this person has done.
