Conseco Finance And Green Tree Servicing Illegal Entry and Forgery Rapid City South Dakota

In 1997 I completed a application for a mortgage at a dealer in South Carolina for a pre owned double wide. I asked the dealer to wait until I gave it some thought before processing. Of course he agreed, but asked that I leave a check because that would allow him to hold the house. When I called back to speak with the person he was very nasty and had deposited my check. The check did not clear the bank. I thought I was o.k until I received a call from Conseco saying I was due for two payments. I asked to see the paper work because I did not sign any final documents. After sometime I was sent the final mortgage paperwork with initals and signature that was not mine. It has been a struggle for me every since. I am still trapped in paying for this home. I have had to pay a legal fee of at least $1,000.00 2 or 3 times. I agree with the person about the fact that after your interest is paid, if your late out you go. They have entered my home I believe twice. Once a field represenative called me to say he was in my house. I had 2 days to pay the legal fees and catchup my payments. He went on to tell me that all of my belongings were there. He even went as far as to look in the refrigerator. I felt violated after that incident by the company. This past July I was behind once again and they threatend to remove the house. Once again right before the day I was to send the money I sent it in. I received a phone call saying someone kicked my front door in. This was done in the broad daylight and nothing was taken. When I called the company the rep who answered told me that they probably did go in because the house was about to go into foreclosure. When I spoke to a manager they said that a field person did not go out to the property. I have tried to stay in the house over the 10 almost 11 years that I have been paying. I can not find sutible work so this has been a burden on me. They Know I am in another state, therefore they threaten me as though It does not matter, because I am not occupying the home. I hope that a lawyer is looking into what these people are doing. I have paid the legal fees back in July and have not seen one statement. I will be more than happy to help anyone wanting to start legal proceedings against these awful people. I have facts and would be willing to take a lie detector test to the information that I am providing.
