Fairbanks Capitol ripoff Jacksonville Florida

I know exactly how you feel. We have been dealing with this RIP OFF Artist company for over 2 years. My home mortgage was turned over to Faibanks, all of a sudden they stste I have sent checks for my payments that have non-suffient funds availble in my chaecking. Funny thing is bank has never received that check back. I have 2-3 payments I sent in FEDERAL EXPRESS and Priority mail and have proff of a signiture that these were received at Fairbanks iN Salt Lake,City, but yet they can not find them now they will not accept any payments of any sort will not return any of my call, but I have found out the have accessed my mortgage with ove $10,000.00 in late fees Home Insureance etc. I do not have any escrwo and have tried to send proof of insurance and get a vogus company in California that has nothing to do with Fairbanks or Home insurance. OUR cediet report now shows up with all thwe late payemnet etc, and no one will even touch us to refinacnce. I have contact HUD, my state attorney etc. but no help

FairBanks Capitol took over my mortage in 2001 and my payment never show a balance and never show me as making any payment in over 2 years.
They have been charging me late fees every month.
When I had my house finaced its was fixed so I could make my payment on time because I get paid every 2 weeks. When Fairbanks took over they said I had to make the payments 23rd of each month. I call in my payments every month on the 23rd and it never shows up until 15th or later which shows
I'm late. They have over charged me atleast $3000.00. I'm sick of this and don't know how to stop them. Please Help Me. Fairbanks also paid my house taxes when I already set it up in payments with the County tax Office. They can do anything they want it seems.
