I think it is outrageous how this company can still be in business and rip people off the way that they do. They target young people and people that are trying to build their credit. I tried cancelling this card at least 5 times and they always come up with an excuse. BE VERY CAREFUL. They talk fast and always avoid giving direct answers to your questions or concerns.

Once you agree to the terms they will not cancel and they will debit your account $99.99 every month. I was told that I could cancel this card at anytime but later found out that when I put in my reqeust to cancel by mail, phone and fax they still ignored my request.

I finally revoked all transactions through my bank with this company. However they are very sneaky and was able to get through to my bank account by contacting the bank directly and giving them a check number of 9999. Then they were able to get through to my account by changing thier ID number. They have tapped into my account using three different methods with the last incident taking over 3 payments of $99.99.

Fortunately my bank is working with me on getting my funds returned. They said that the only thing I can do to STOP them is close my account and re-open a new one. The bank said that even though I revocked any further transaction with this company it's hard for them to stop the transactions when the company uses a different ID number for every transaction. The bank looks at the ID number as a different company.

AGAIN this company is nothing but FRAUD! They will even try to threaten you when you call them to say you didn't authroize the payment but don't be scared. Tell them that you are contacting the bank and anybody else to report this Fraud and get your money back.

I hope this helps. I wish I would have researched this company when I first talked to them.
