I closed my FCNB account over two years ago and have been paying it off. Although for all these months I always pay it at the same time I noticed they are holding the checks up to ten days and charging me a late fee of 35.00.They held it just long enough (a day over) so they could assess this fraudulent charge.

Ironically i pay another card off at the same time and that bank is also corrupt but it always cashes the checks quickly they are out of the account while th fcnb linger till they can make theiir 35.00. Obviously i want this stopped letter writing campaigns can help i had a similiar problem with another bank.
