GC Services Limited Partnership GC Services Harrassing Verbally and in the Mail! ripoff Columbus Ohio

I have recently contacted by an individual that a company GC Services has been verbally harrassing and threatening them via the phone. They have also been sending letters requesting my current mailing address and phone number.

They stated that they are doing research for another company and they need to locate me. But they have been calling even at 10pm!

The information they have is not detailed. they dont have my day of birth and the person they are harrassing - they have their name spelled incorrectly. They tell them that I gave them as a reference on a loan i took out recently!

I have not applied for any loan or credit card on over a year now! I would never list this specific person as a reference, dont need to as a matter of fact!

GC Services may or may not be contacting them for a legitimate debt but I refuse to have anyone harrassed! Calling day after day, just an hour or two later from already calling once or twice that day. Theatening the person that they will be sent the bill and liable to pay for it- YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! This company needs to be sued on battery and harrassment charges! For causing stress and strain on people that have nothing to do with anyone!

And how am I to know this is a legit issue??? They dont even have information correct! I am pulling credit reports and finding that this company and the other they named they are working for ARE NOT even listed on my 3 credit reports!

This is a HORRIBLE, Stressful, abusive SCAM! they need to be stopped
