Well Charles, I have to say that I am not a victim yet, that I know of. I too recieved that letter for the 1.9 mill. I have entered alot of sweepstakes lately. And this was the first time that I have recieved any kind of letter that seemes so official. My wife was the one that told me to send it in, so I did. That was on the 21st of Oct. I just found this web site today, and I don't have very high hopes for much any more.
Well I just wanted you to know that if the money never comes, you are not alone. And I hope that who ever got the money I sent, does some good with it. Maby my ignorance was a blessing to someone in some way. Remeber the Lord does work in strange ways. God bless them if they had to scam someone in order to get ahead in life. All is revealed eventually.
Lastly God bless you too,Charles. Good guys need a break every now and then. Keep praying, if this wasn't the answer we seeked, then we just have to wait. Also remember the lessons that we are taught!

Sorry, I didn't realize you thought it was a sweepstakes that you thought you had entered.
Seriously, if you had won, like I said before, why would they need almost 20 bucks upfront to send you the money?? They could just deduct it from the amount you have won.
Please check your state Attorney Generals website, they usually have all these types of scams listed. You and those who send them the money, are making these dirtbags very very rich.

I am sure you have heard that before. Why do you think you won money from something that you never entered??
It is a SCAM. They are the ones making money by people being fooled and sending them money. If it was true, why wouldn't they just take the money they request out of your winnings???
Please research scams on the internet. This is just one of many out there.
