We've used Old Dominion Freight for years, noticed increase in damages lately. We sent $3,000 worth of marketing materials, packed securely on pallets, even strapped and shrink wrapped them, for a 2-3 hour ride to Wisconsin and they destroyed the brochures. Had to go back to press and reprint for about $3,000 - and they cited "Class 55" printed matter limits and will not pay to reprint. beware if you use them, and be careful they explain clearly what the limits are. we will never use them again!
