To whom it may concern.........

I have called the customer service team (at 866-363-6797 during 9-5 pm est m-f) to obtain a return merchandise authorization # NUMEROUS TIMES!!!!! I receive a recording every time that says all representatives are busy, then the phone hangs up!!!!!!!!!! I have tried the # MANY TIMES AT ALL HOURS OF THE DAY, FOR SEVERAL DAYS............of course with no luck.


This weekend I finally looked up the company (googled purity mineral science) on the internet. I am NOT happy with all of the information that I read regarding your company on the internet, especially on the website Ripoffreport.com!!! And reports to the Better Business Bureau!!!!! The package that I received was marked by the post office "received in damaged condition" in big bold black letters. I refuse to go through what so many consumers have gone through in the past few months with your company. Therefore I have taken a proactive stance toward your company. The website states that if I call within 14 days to cancel I will not be billed for the mineral collection. Yet I, like MANY consumers can not reach your company by phone to request the cancellation. They have been billed 59.99 thereafter because they could not reach your company to cancel.


I, however am writing within the 14 days. I have not only contacted the Attorney General of North Carolina , Mr. Roy Cooper regarding this "free offer" but I have challenged his wife Kristin (whom is also an attorney) or one of their 3 daughters (Hilary, Natalie, or Claire) to try your product. Not only to TRY your product but to see if those 3 LITTLE CONTAINERS will last anyone of them the FULL 3 months as promised. I have also read that the makeup is "very inferior," and that "the brushes shed all over your face." I will let ONE of them try your "FABULOUS" product for themselves before their husband or daddy (whomever tries this mess) presses charges against your company.


I have also contacted my VISA Credit Card Company!!!! Most people do not realize this, but EVERYTHING you purchase on your VISA card is GUARANTEED!!!! Especially when the invoice specifically states that your credit card will be billed as "Purity" and it is not billed as such!!! It showed up on my credit card statement as something else entirely!!!! Mr. Cooper couldn't believe this, and I think he ordered it under his wife's name to be sure, even though I e-mailed him a copy of the invoice that I had printed out, as well as my credit card company. Not only will my credit card company REVERSE the charges, but because of their company's reputation on the internet, they will DECLINE any further charges with "whatever" company their company decides to put on the billing statement!!!! They will treat it as a BOGUS charge, and the company will get NIL!!!!-----NADA--------NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!! ...............Which is what they deserve!!!!!!!!!!


I will post this to everything I can to make others aware of their rights as well.


Report these bastards to your credit card company, ESPECIALLY to your state's attorney generals office--they LOVE complaints like this....and then to your better business bureau. The latter does the LEAST amount of good. CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL AND YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!
