Pzest ripoff! Unauthorized charges! USA, United Kingdom, Australia

I recently noticed money being withdrawn from our checking account. After researching this matter I found that Pzest was charging our checking account $39.95 a month for a cancelled service. I contacted them and was told that they were sorry for the mistake and we would be refunded for three months of charges within 7-10 days.

We received one credit of 39.95 back to our account. I once again contacted them and was told that the information was lost and there was nothing that could be done. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that was not possible and the phone was hung up by the representative I was speaking with. I then called back and they were not very cooperative. I told them not to charge me any more and I was told that they would not.

On March 31, 2004 my bank notified me that another charge from Pzest was incurred to our account. After several attempts to speak with someone I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. So we have now closed the account and filed papers with the bank for an illegal debit. I am very disgusted with this type of business practice and believe it needs to be stopped action must be taken to protect others. I am willing to go to any length to stop them.
