Resurgant Capital Services LP doesn't have deed or title or can't find them. Wants me to settle on a large amount with out this paperwork and never assigned their company to the records showing they are the lien holder but still wants pay off. RIP OFF BAD COMPANY>>> Waynesville South Carolina

In 1999 I took out a loan with First Family finance co. In 2000, I received letter stating that Citi Finance purchased this loan. I continued paying it to Citi. In left 2000, I filed Bankructpy keeping Citi as one to pay through the court clerk. In or around 2002 I call and ask for a copy of my pay history from the court clerk. I received it and saw that CitiFinancial had never filed a claim and was never added to the bankructpy. I called my Attorney. He wrote the company. I had the Court to dismiss my bankructpy and started trying to find my account. No one knew of it. They had my deed to my property, my freightliner title and couldn't find my account. My credit report showed a 0 balance. I continued trying to find my account. Call after call. Finally in April 2007 I found it. I called to speak with the Citi Manger/Supervisor and was put through to her voice mail. I left a message of who I was and I wanted to pay my account off in full and get my deed and title back. No return call. The second day I called again, being sent to her voice mail again. I left the same message asking her to return my call so that I could pay this account and get it settled. No return call. I called again the third day, was sent to her voice mail again. I then called back and spoke with a customer representative only to find out that my account had been sold to Resurgant Capital Services LP. I didn't understand this. I then called this company and they were rude and very loud spoken to me and even told me I was a lier. They said this account was taken out in 2004 and so on. From then until now, I have been trying to pay them and get my documents. They have no documents and don't know of any. Citi has no documents. The records department at the court house shows either Resurgant nor Citi has the lien holder. They show the first Family. The first company I took this loan out with. Resurgant has tried to throw their scare tricks at me trying to tell me to pay them or esle. No documents included either. Each time I try to talk to them they are so rude and won't even let me talk but talk over me, loudly. This company and Citi are the worst companies I have ever delt with. These companies should be closed down for the things that they have done to the American people.
I don't know where I will go from here.
