Dear Follow Zaken Associates, Hey, we need your help in bringing this company down. Writting in here ( The ripp-off report) is fine. We have an attorney working on this Zaken scam artist getting things started. But there is only a few people stepping forward. I am probably one of the luckier people whom only got ripp-ff for $165.00 plus phone bills of $60.00, but alot of you have been ripp-off for $500.00 on up to $2000.00 dollars. Don't let this Scum bag get away with this. Please file your own Rip-off Report so others will know, we are tring to bring this man to justice.I have spent alot of time seeking legal advice and other associates have spent hours tring to help. Give us 30 minutes of your time. I know people would like to see this man and his so called company brought down. ONCE AGAIN PLEASE HELP THIS CAUSE.

In checking the Rip Off Report I do not see many complaints against Zaken under his new name and the new company names that he is using now. This is very important the more complaints filed under the new names the more search engines will be able to find these reports and alert people to him and his scam when they do research on all the different search engines. Please take care of this ASAP. If you want to be part of the class action suit and get your money back plus please take care of this situation.

Also, please let the LA Times, 213-257-5000 Investigator Reporters , Eyewitness News KABC 818-863-7777 and your local FBI offices know about Zaken and his scams and let them know that you are part of a class action suit and have filed complaints with the different agencies that were supplied to you.

We have to do everything we can to stop this man and shut down all his business operations. The more people that join and follow instructions, the quicker he will be shut down and pay his debt to society and pay for his crimes. This kid is a criminal. Please take care of the above, time is of the essence.

A Complaint seeking class action status was filed against Zaken on February 5, 2003 in California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles. The Plaintiffs in this action are seeking to enjoin Zaken*s misleading communications about the "Quick-Sell Liquidators" program and recover funds fraudulently taken from past Locators.

Locators do not need to do anything to participate in the lawsuit, as they will automatically be included if the case is certified as a class action.
