I to was ripped off to the tune of $7,450. My story is pretty much the same. Signed contract in Aug or Sept. 04 after doing a lot of research. It is clear now that their reference "affiliate's" were all in on the scam.

I would like to be a part of any class action suit. Does anyone have any evidence that the company (s) are in receivership, or the whereabouts of any of the principals?
