I need help. I cannot afford this monumental loss. On October 11th, 2004 I purchased a Transnet Wireless Internet Terminal for $11,995.00 from Brayden Halterman. I was then called on the 20th of October, 2004 by a Chandler W. Jeffrey, Director of Operations, and was told that someone cancelled an order for 3 machines and he would sell them to me for $8995.00 each. After about an hour of haggling I agreed to purchase one more machine at this price.

I was then assigned to Daniel Terpak in the locations department. After several months of still not getting my machines placed, they hired a location company for me, CPL Locating. On January 12, 2005 at 10:07am CST I was contacted by Marty with CPL and was treated very poorly because he couldn't locate and was tired of wasting his time. I sent Kelly Nicholas, the Locations Manager at Transnet Wireless, an email detailing everything that happened and was assured that a man named David Hull, a Location Coordinator with Transnet Wireless, would be my savior and locate me within a few weeks.

I was contacted on January 27th, 2005 to discuss my needs. I was sent to several places that already had internet hot spots. Wasting my time, gas, and money.

After 6 more months of no luck, Rick Osorio, Director of Locations with Transnet Wireless, informed me that J & J Locating would help me.

I tried to call Chandler and Brayden back to speak to them man-to-man about the situation. Neither of them ever returned any of my calls or emails.

I contacted the National Business Opportunity Bureau and they had no complaints. I didn't want to be the first and was fearful that if they found out that I complained they would not locate my machine or not provide me with the service.

Just recently I was sent contracts for two locations. When I tried to set them up... they are no where to be found. I googled Transnet Wireless and found this site. I saw that others were suffering the same fate as me.

I would greatly appreciate being contacted by anyone that can help me. I've read several people saying that we should all get together and file a suit. My email address is

Also, if it is legal to post home phone numbers of Transnet Wireless Employees, someone let me know please. I have Rick Osorio's, David Hull's, and Brad Cartwright's home numbers. If it is legal I would be more than happy to post them here.

This is way too much money for any of us to lose.
