WE HAVE SPENT MONTHS WITH ZWALLET, AND WE ARE DEVOTING THE SAME TIME TO SHUTTING THEM DOWN. HERE IS THE REPLY WE GOT FROM ZWALLET, AND I DON'T THINK YOU'LL LIKE THEIR EXPLANATION. WE ARE GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE FBI, AND VARIOUS OTHER MEDIA GROUPS. WE HAVE OVER 300 SCAMMED ZWALLET MEMBERS, THE ONLY WAY WE'LL MAKE A STATEMENT AND GET THEM SHUT DOWN IS TO TAKE SOME STEPS. FEEL FREE TO COPY AND PASTE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND ZWALLET ACCOUNT INFO. (((Links removed by MSP - RoR))) HERE IS THE CEO INFORMATION AT ZWALLET irozen@zwallet.com, and here are the phone numbers. 718-648-7894 (cell) sometimes a lady will answer and say she never heard of Zwallet. Hmmmm. The office number. 718-648-6598 and you will always get a voicemail with no return call. I hate to be the one to give you this news, but we have all been scammed by Zwallet. Me and my fianc has been doing this since June, 2002. Here is our account info. as of Nov. 2002 I copied and pasted it.. Your Referrals: Your Primary Referrals: (you referred them) 6 Your Secondary Referrals: (your referrals referred them) 147 Total Referrals: 153 Account Statement: Account Balance: (Explanation) $26.72 USD To request a check, send an email to payment@zwallet.com, and include your UserID, complete mailing address, and the amount requested. Please note that the Account Balance does not reflect last month's and the current month's page views. Click here to view last month's stats Check their fraudulent calculator and you'll see with the referrals we have, even with 1 (PAID) page view, what the balance should be. This is our potential monthly income according to the calculator, 6770119.146000 as of June 2002, recently checked, Nov. 2002 (check for yourself) We had 10,000 primary page views. and over 400,000 secondary page views, in ONE month, and this is the balance we have. This balance is since June, we have never collected the balance, we thought the page views were not reflected yet, so we waited. Our referrals were getting very upset because of all the work we put in to it. After some further investigation... go to rip off report on Zwallet. There is some stuff there, so we finally sent Zwallet an email, letting them know we know that they are a fraud and we will be reporting them to the FBI and various media groups. For the first time since we have been members did we get a response back from them. It seems like they are trying to hide behind Section 6 in their user agreement, they are trying to say that all the advertisements were from non-profit organizations, such as Ad concil but they think we are all fools. In the following email we sent, here is their reply as to the reason we only got the amount we got. I think we need to shut Zwallet down. If we ALL report this corrupt company maybe we'll get some satisfaction in seeing them shut down, or maybe a class action law suit. The first email listed is our reply, to Zwallet's reply, the orginal message is at the bottom of the page. B. >MODERN-DAY ABOLITIONIST >>From: "zWallet.com Support" >>Subject: Re: THE TIME FOR ACTION HAS COME... >>Date: Mon, 4 Nov 2002 18:45:47 -0500 >> >>Dear Member, Here is how our payment system work. Users are paid percentage of our advertising revenue, plus additional percentage for their referrals. As you may have noticed, we count users' activity in "Page Views". Page View is a view of a page with banner advertisement on it. Page Views are re-set on a monthly basis and users are paid with a 1 month delay. Amount earned for October will be released on December 1st. Our payments are done with a month delay in order for us to possess all data for the previous month. So, amount earned for November will be released on January 1st. During the one month delay, we transfer all users' Page Views into earnings, and because paid advertisement varies from month to month, Page View value changes from month to month as well. Members are paid by a check once their account reaches $20.00 USD. Because of the current advertising market, rates have been reduced dramatically and therefore member earnings have been reduced as well. CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, its paid for!
